SPINEFUL Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before tax & after discounts).

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia.

  • Delivery time: typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees in their country.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your store email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup / Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Currently, SPINEFUL does not offer local pickup. (You can update this if you want to add it later.)

  • Some SPINEFUL items are fulfilled directly from our Los Angeles inventory, while select specialty items may ship separately through our production partner. If your order contains multiple fulfillment types, items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays & Disruptions

  • Please note: shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control (weather, carrier delays, customs).

  • We will notify you promptly if there are significant delays with your order.
