We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work at SPINEFUL.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us directly with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
